The Hudson Housing Team is Growing

We are excited to introduce Lindsey Davitt as a Vice President in the Asset Management Group. In this role, she will be responsible for both direct portfolio management and for aspects of overall departmental administration.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Davitt served as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Merchants Capital, beginning in 2020. In that role, Ms. Davitt was responsible for developing departmental policies and procedures and overseeing the team of asset managers. Ms. Davitt was an active member of the Investment Committee and played a key role in risk assessment and workout strategies for underperforming assets. Prior to that position, Ms. Davitt held senior roles in Asset Management at Boston Capital, where she managed a portfolio of assets. Ms. Davitt also has experience working for CBRE Global Investors and BioMed Realty.

Ms. Davitt received her BS from Dickinson College and a certification in Real Estate Finance from Boston University. Ms. Davitt is HCCP certified.
