The Hudson Housing Team is Growing
We are excited to introduce Osama Hallouda as an Assistant Vice President in the Acquisitions Group. He is responsible for the financial analysis, underwriting, and project management of low-income housing tax credit projects.
Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Hallouda was an Acquisitions Manager at WNC, where he was responsible for underwriting and closing LIHTC transactions. He previously served as a Manager within the LIHTC Equity group at Fannie Mae.
Mr. Hallouda holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MS in Finance from ESADE Business School.
