Delivering Affordable Housing Nationwide Through Strategic Partnerships
In 2025, Hudson Housing Capital continued its work supporting the development and preservation of affordable housing across the country. Through a combination of new construction and rehabilitation efforts, Hudson closed on the financing of 63 properties, raising $2B in equity to support the creation of 8,470 affordable housing units nationwide.
These developments serve a wide range of communities and housing needs, including homes for families, seniors, and individuals requiring supportive housing. Working in partnership with developers, lenders, government agencies, and investors within the LIHTC community, Hudson remains focused on expanding access to stable, high-quality housing and strengthening communities across diverse markets.
The Rockaways, NY
Moving Affordable Housing Forward in The Rockaways
Building on their first transaction in la late 2024, Hudson partnered with Tishman Speyer to close Edgemere Commons Building A2 in The Rockaways, Queens. The 18-story building will include 244 affordable units, supportive housing for formerly homeless individuals and families, retail space and on-site services from Breaking Ground. This development is expected to be completed in July 2027.
Jersey City, NJ
Affordable Housing Located in the Heart of Jersey City
Hudson Housing Capital part partnered with The Related Companies to finance Montgomery Gateway Apartments, a 190-unit, scattered-site, mixed-income development in Jersey City, NJ. This marks Hudson’s 12th transaction with Related. The ten-building development will provide housing for families and seniors. The project will be completed in March 2026.
Ewa Beach, Hawaii
New Affordable Homes and Amenities Coming to Ewa Beach
The Hudson team is proud to have partnered with Standard Communities and Stanford Carr Development, LLC to finance Kaleima’o Village, a development located in Ewa Beach, Honolulu County. This marks Hudson’s fifth transaction with Standard Communities and its first in Hawaii. The seven-building development will include on-site amenities and provide 127 affordable units. Completion is anticipated in December 2026.
Coney Island, NY
Bringing Housing Solutions for Vulnerable Households in Coney Island
Hudson partnered with Settlement Housing Fund, Inc. to finance Coney Landing, their second project together. Located in the Coney Island neighborhood of Brooklyn, this 15-story affordable housing development will include 179 units and dedicated community space. Of the total, 108 units will be supportive housing for chronically homeless households. This project is scheduled to be finished in July 2028.
New Brunswick, NJ
New Senior Community Replaces Vacant Public Housing Site
Following 45 previous t transactions with Pennrose, LLC, the Hudson team closed Hildebrand Commons, a 66-unit senior housing development in New Brunswick, NJ. The six-story building will replace a long-vacant public housing complex and contribute to the revitalization of the surrounding community. The affordable housing development is projected to be complete by May 2027.

A High-Rise Investment in Health, Housing, and Community in Miami
Hudson part partnered with Related Urban Development Group, LLC for the second time to finance the Residences at Palm Court, an affordable housing development with 316 units in the Pinewood neighborhood of Miami. The 12-story residential building will include on-site amenities and is accompanied by two single-story buildings for healthcare services. This project is scheduled to be finished by June 2028.
Los Angeles, CA
First Phase of a Three-Part Vision for Downtown LA
The Hudson team partnered with The Related Companies of CA and HACLA to finance Alveare Parkview, a 105-unit affordable housing development in LA. Located in the Southpark neighborhood, the eight-story building will include on-site amenities, retail space and a publicly accessible park designed for residents and the community. This marks Hudson’s thirteenth transaction with The Related Companies, which is an affiliate of The Related Companies of CA. The completion date is slated for August 2027.

Advancing a Long-Term Redevelopment Effort in Miami
Hudson partnered w with Related Urban Development Group, LLC for the third time on Liberty Square 5, part of a long-term master redevelopment on a 55-acre site in Miami. This phase will deliver 408 mixed-income units across four residential buildings, with ground-flfloor space planned for community and commercial use. The completion date is slated for March 2028.

Hudson’s Second Liberty Square Development Expands Housing for Seniors
Hudson partnered w with Related Urban Development Group, LLC for the fourth time on Liberty Square Elderly, part of the multi-phase redevelopment of a 55-acre site in Miami. The seven-story building will offer 132 affordable homes for residents aged 62 and older, all with rental assistance. The ground flfloor will house a dedicated healthcare facility. This project is anticipated to be completed by July 2027.
Paramus, NJ
Bringing Affordable and Supportive Housing to Paramus
Hudson closed its first transaction w with Regan Development Corporation to finance Columbus Crossing, a 120-unit affordable housing development in New Jersey. Thirty units will be reserved for individuals with developmental disabilities. This development is expected to be completed in March 2027.
Alexandria, VA
Advancing a Multi-Phase Affordable Housing Vision in Alexandria
Following the closing of the first phase in December 2024, Hudson Housing Capital partnered with Housing Alexandria for the fifth time to advance Phase II of Glebe & Mt. Vernon. Phase II will consist of 210 units housed within a 10-story building. A future third phase will be developed as a separate building. This project is scheduled to be finished by May 2027.
Albany, NY
Completing a Two-Phase Revitalization in Albany’s South End
Hudson partnered with The Albany Housing Authority, Edgemere Development, Inc. and Home Leasing, LLC to complete the final phase of a two-stage rehabilitation and preservation program. The project includes 343 units across three 12-story high-rise buildings and six townhome buildings, serving low-income family households, single homeless households and individuals living with mental illness. Completion is planned for January 2029.
Tucson, AZ
Senior Affordable Housing in Tucson’s Historic Northern Gateway
Hudson partnered with Gorman & Company, LLC and El Pueblo Housing Development to close on the financing for Tucson House Apartments. The 17-story affordable housing building will undergo rehabilitation to provide 358 affordable units for seniors aged 55 and older. Tucson House is the second development within the Choice Neighborhoods Thrive in the 05 Plan, a long-range initiative focused on sustainable, community-driven, equitable change in Tucson’s historic northern gateway. The completion date is scheduled for June 2028.
Bronx, NY
New Affordable Housing Development Moves Forward in the Bronx
Hudson partnered with T Type A Projects, LLC, L+M Development Partners and BronxWorks, Inc. to close on the financing for River Commons. The development will consist of 328 affordable housing units, with a portion set aside for households with supportive housing needs. It will also include an estimated 43,000 SF outpatient medical facility and a 6,000 SF community facility. Completion is anticipated in April 2029.

Affordable and Supportive Housing Planned for Concourse Village
Hudson partnered with Mega Con Contracting Group LLC and BronxWorks to advance 1111 Webster in the Concourse Village neighborhood of the Bronx. The development will consist of 265 affordable housing units, with a portion set aside as supportive housing benefiting from rental subsidy and on-site supportive services. The project will also include community facility space. The project is planned for completion in June 2028.
Boston, MA
Affordable Housing Development Brings Community Space to Winter Hill
Following nine previous t transactions, Hudson partnered with Beacon Communities Services LLC to close 15 Temple Street, located in the Winter Hill neighborhood. The six-story affordable housing development will include 115 units and 2,900 square feet of community space designed for community gatherings and recreational, social, educational and cultural activities. Completion is slated for September 2027.
