The Hudson Housing Team is Growing
We are excited to introduce Zachary Callum as an Analyst in the Asset Management Group. His primary focus at Hudson is the entry and maintenance of the firm’s key data across its portfolio, whose metrics are used to create comparison reports and used to determine total development costs. He is also responsible for aiding senior management with any development changes and loan-related matters as well as providing overall assistance to Asset Managers.
Mr. Callum is a recent graduate of Syracuse University where he obtained his B.A. in Economics and he also earned his Tax Credit Compliance certification from Novogradac.
