The Hudson Housing Team is Growing
We are excited to introduce Aldin Pejcinovic as an Asset Manager in the Asset Management Group, responsible for the oversight of a portfolio which includes both pre-stabilized, operational and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance and continuing program compliance, and site visitation.
Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Pejcinovic worked as an Asset Manager at Regions Affordable Housing.
Mr. Pejcinovic holds a BA in Finance from Baruch College.
