The Hudson Housing Team is Growing
We are excited to introduce Sandra Simbol as an Assistant Vice President in the Acquisitions Group, responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of potential Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects nationwide.
Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Simbol was a VP Project Manager for the Community Investment Capital group at Huntington Bank, where she was responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of debt and LIHTC equity financing for affordable housing projects nationwide. Prior to Huntington Bank, Ms. Simbol was a Portfolio Manager within the Community Finance group at Capital One Bank.
Ms. Simbol holds a BA in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
