The Hudson Housing Team is Growing
We are excited to introduce Aria Ahari as an Asset Manager. He is responsible for oversight of a portfolio that includes both pre-stabilized, operational, and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle, and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance, and continuing program compliance and site visitation.
Prior to Hudson, Mr. Ahari was employed by Aegon Asset Management, where he managed a portfolio of 63 tax-credit assets and oversaw all aspects of each investment’s life-cycle from construction through disposition.
Mr. Ahari received his BS in Corporate Finance from the University of South Florida in 2019 and is a Certified Property Compliance Professional through Novogradac.
