The Hudson Housing Team is Growing

We are excited to introduce Irene Burke as an Assistant Vice President in the Acquisitions Group. SHe is rresponsible for financial analysis, underwriting, and project management of new transactions.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Burke was Director of Development at Holsten, an affordable and mixed-income housing developer in Chicago, where she managed the development process for new construction and historic rehabilitation projects. Her previous experience includes closing coordination for tax-credit financed transactions at SB Friedman, housing policy analysis at the University of Chicago Urban Labs, and investment management at J.P. Morgan.

Ms. Burke holds a B.A. in Political Science from Princeton University and an MPP in Finance & Policy and Municipal Finance from the University of Chicago.
