The Hudson Housing Team is Growing
Ms. Van Waalwijk joined Hudson Housing Capital in January of 2025. Ms. Van Waalwijk is responsible for the day-to-day accounting function of the low-income housing tax credit funds which includes financial statements and tax credit reporting to investors.
Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Van Waalwijk was a Senior Associate at Deloitte in their New York City office. At Deloitte, Ms. Van Waalwijk provided business taxation services, including auditing provisions, tax compliance, and general consulting, to clients in the financial services industry.
Ms. Van Waalwijk holds both an MBA and a B.S. in Accounting from Quinnipiac University.
