The Hudson Housing Team is Growing

Ms. Sayre also joined Hudson Housing Capital in January 2025 and is responsible for the day-to-day accounting function of the low-income housing tax credit funds which include financial statements and tax credit reporting to investors.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Sayre was a senior accountant at M.P. McDermott & Associates LLC in their Toms River, NJ office. At M.P. McDermott & Associates LLC, Ms. Sayre was responsible for preparing tax returns, as well as providing other general accounting services for her clients. Prior to her time at M.P. McDermott & Associates LLC, Ms. Sayre was a senior tax accountant at Ernst & Young LLP in their Baltimore office where she focused on healthcare clients.

Ms. Sayre graduated from the University of Delaware where she received a B.S. in Accounting.
