Advancing Leadership at Hudson Housing
Mr. Lappen joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2010 and serves as Managing Director – Business Development at Hudson Housing Capital. He is responsible for expanding Hudson’s acquisition efforts nationally as well as growing relationships with its investor partners. He is primarily focused on overseeing originations in all markets outside of New York, California, and the mid-Atlantic.
Prior to Hudson, Mr. Lappen served as a Loan Officer with the Massachusetts Housing Partnership, where he originated, underwrote, and closed permanent loans for multi-family affordable housing properties.
Mr. Lappen holds a BA in Economics from Clark University and an MSF from Boston College.
