The Hudson Housing Team is Growing
We are excited to introduce Matt Mandler, who brings valuable industry experience as part of our commitment to provide the best service to all our stakeholder partners.
Matt Mandler joined Hudson Housing Capital in August 2024 as Assistant Vice President and supports the Acquisitions team with the financial analysis and underwriting of LIHTC transactions.
Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Mandler was a Senior Associate at CohnReznick, LLP in the Project Finance and Consulting group. Matt worked with LIHTC and HTC developers and prepared financial models and compilation reports for closings and prepared various compliance reports surrounding tax credit transactions, such as 50% tests, 95-5 test,10% tests and eligible basis reports.
Mr. Mandler Graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2016 with a B.S. in Accounting. He went on to receive an M.S. in Taxation from the St. John’s University in 2017.
