The Hudson Housing Team is Growing
Ms. Hill-James joined Hudson Housing Capital in June 2024 as an Associate in the Acquisitions Department. She is responsible for project management of new transactions.
Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Hill-James worked on the development team at The Arker Companies, a prominent New York City-based affordable housing developer and manager. At The Arker Companies, Ms. Hill-James was responsible for project management and underwriting for acquisitions, new construction, and rehab deals.
Ms. Hill-James has a B.A. from the New School and a Master of Urban Planning from Hunter College.
