The Hudson Housing Team is Growing
We are excited to introduce Fabian Ramirez, who brings valuable industry experience as part of our commitment to provide the best service to all our stakeholder partners.
Mr. Ramirez, Senior Vice President since March 2024, is responsible for cultivating and managing Investor Relationships. Prior to joining Hudson Housing, Mr. Ramirez was a Senior Director at Capital One Community Finance where he was responsible for co-leading a team originating debt and low-income housing tax credit investments. Prior to his time at Capital One, he originated acquisition, construction and permanent loans at Citi Community Capital for low and middle-income housing developments. He also worked at the New York City Housing Development Corporation where he originated and underwrote development deals throughout New York City.
Mr. Ramirez graduated from Syracuse University where he received a B.A. in Public Policy and an M.P.A. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
As a former construction lender and LIHTC investor for 15+ years, I appreciate the skills it takes to appropriately identify and structure high-impact affordable housing deals.
