We are excited to introduce Kajol Patel, who brings valuable industry experience as part of our commitment to provide the best service to all our stakeholder partners.
Ms. Patel, a Portfolio Accountant since January 2024, is responsible for the day-to-day accounting function of the low-income housing tax credit funds which includes financial statements and tax credit reporting to investors. Ms. Patel was formerly a senior associate at KPMG LLP in the real estate tax practice. At KPMG LLP, she provided tax compliance and advisory services to real estate businesses operating as REITs, partnerships, and corporations, by utilizing various tax compliance software.
Ms. Patel graduated from Drexel University where she studied Accounting and Business Analytics and received a B.S. in Business Administration.
