The Hudson Housing Team is Growing

We are excited to introduce Titus Garrett, who brings valuable industry experience as part of our commitment to provide the best service to all our stakeholder partners.

Mr. Garret, an Engineering Project Manager since November 2023, is responsible for assessing and managing development risk, both in the acquisition and construction phases. Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, he worked with Webcor and Kokolakis Contracting, where he facilitated the construction of commercial and residential projects throughout California and New York.

Mr. Garrett holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
