Peter Toronto joined Hudson Housing Capital in July 2020 and is currently a Vice President within the Acquisitions Department. Mr. Toronto works with investors, developer clients, and local and national financing sources to underwrite and close affordable housing transactions nationwide. Since 2023, his primary focus has been in California, helping finance much needed housing for underserved tenant populations throughout the state.

Mr. Toronto graduated from Boston College in May of 2020 with a BA degree in Economics and minors in Finance and History.
