Mr. Stern joined Hudson Housing Capital in June 2023. He supports the Acquisition team with the financial analysis and underwriting of LIHTC development transactions throughout the US.

Mr. Stern graduated from The University of Pennsylvania in May of 2023 with a BS degree in Economics and double majors in Real Estate and Marketing.
