Mr. Papiro joined Hudson Housing Capital in July 2026 as an Analyst on the Asset Management Team. His primary focus at Hudson is supporting the firm’s portfolio of affordable housing properties through oversight and performance metrics, financial analysis, property operations review, and market research. He is also responsible for aiding senior management with property financial performance and maintaining operational progress.

Mr. Papiro graduated from Villanova University in May of 2026, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Business and Real Estate.
