Ms. O’Connor joined Hudson Housing Capital in July of 2026 as an Analyst on the Asset Management Team. Her primary focus at Hudson is supporting the oversight and performance management of the firm’s affordable housing portfolio throughout the asset lifecycle. Her responsibilities include monitoring property financial performance, maintaining portfolio reporting, and assisting Asset Managers in evaluating operational, construction, and lease-up progress.

Ms. O’Connor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business in May 2026, graduating with dual majors in Real Estate and Finance, Investment, and Banking.
