Warren Moss joined Hudson Housing Capital in July 2025. As an Underwriting Associate at Hudson, Mr. Moss assists with market and financial analysis for low-income housing tax credit investments, serving in the acquisitions and underwriting group.

Prior to Hudson, Mr. Moss was a Senior Analyst at Novogradac Consulting, LLP, serving in the government consulting and valuation advisory group in the Bethesda, MD office. At Novogradac, he prepared market studies, rent comparability studies, and appraisals for proposed and existing tax credit, market rate, mixed-income, HOME-financed, USDA Rural Development, and HUD subsidized developments on a national level.

Mr. Moss holds an M.S. in Commerce as well as a B.A. in Media Studies and History from the University of Virginia.
