Ms. Kovall joined Hudson Housing Capital in February 2021. Ms. Kovall’s responsibilities include supervising a team responsible for the accounting and reporting function for a portfolio of funds.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Kovall was an accountant at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation in their New York City office. At Sentinel, Ms. Kovall was responsible for financial statement reporting to investors, as well as fund accounting and portfolio management. Prior to her time at Sentinel, Ms. Kovall was an external auditor at Berdon LLP where she focused on real estate and hospitality clients.

Ms. Kovall received a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University, State University of New York in 2012 and 2013, respectively, and is currently licensed in the State of New Jersey as a Certified Public Accountant.
