
Mr. Kiner joined Hudson Housing Capital in September 2025 as an Associate in the Acquisitions Group. He is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of potential low-income housing tax credit projects nationwide.
Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Kiner was a Deputy Director for the Leveraged Preservation Programs at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where he was responsible for managing and underwriting affordable rehabilitation projects in New York City. Before HPD, Mr. Kiner was an Architectural Designer at KPF.
Mr. Kiner holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and a BA in Architecture from Clemson University.
