Mr. Guthrie joined Hudson in March 2026 and is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of pre-stabilized, operational, and stabilized properties. His portfolio management responsibilities span the full lifecycle of each asset — from closing through construction, lease-up, and ongoing operations, to ultimate disposition. This includes processing capital funding, monitoring financial performance, ensuring continuing program compliance, and conducting site visits.
Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Guthrie worked as an Asset Manager at ELH Mgmt., overseeing a multi-family, affordable real estate portfolio in New York City, managing financial reporting, annual budgeting and reforecasting, and identifying and executing capital improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and asset value.
Mr. Guthrie holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado and an MS in Real Estate Practice from Pratt Institute.
