Ms. Guild joined Hudson Housing Capital in April 2026 and is responsible for direct portfolio management and the strategic oversight of a departmental team.

Prior to joining Hudson, Ms. Guild served as Director of Asset Management at Monarch Private Capital, where she led a team of asset managers, established departmental policies and procedures, and directly managed a portfolio of state and federal LIHTC properties. Previously, during her twelve-year tenure at Red Stone Equity Partners, Ms. Guild held senior roles in Portfolio Management, overseeing a LIHTC portfolio, leading teams of asset managers and analysts, and playing a central role in training, professional development, and operational efficiency initiatives. Before transitioning into LIHTC asset management in 2011, Ms. Guild built a strong foundation in multifamily property management.
