Ms. Greene joined Hudson Housing Capital in June 2009 and currently serves as Director of Data Management and Investor Reporting. In this role, she oversees the firm’s data management, reporting infrastructure, and investor reporting functions, with a focus on maintaining accurate, reliable, and accessible portfolio information.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Greene spent four years with Centerline Capital Group, where she managed a national portfolio of LIHTC properties representing more than $1.25 billion in bond, conventional, and mezzanine financing.

Ms. Greene has completed Section 42 Tax Credit Compliance training through Novogradac and holds professional certifications from Zeffert, Quadel, and Spectrum. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Gettysburg College and Master of Arts degrees in French Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Indiana University.
