Mr. Ganjian joined Hudson Housing Capital in June 2025 and is responsible for oversight of a portfolio that includes both pre-stabilized, operational, and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle, and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance, and continuing program compliance, and site visitation.
Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Ganjian worked as an Asset Manager at Boston Financial, where he oversaw a portfolio of partnerships syndicated through the LIHTC program. Before his role at Boston Financial, he was an Analyst at Nuveen Real Estate, primarily focusing on investor reporting for market-rate multifamily assets.
Mr. Ganjian received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, as well as a BA in Economics, from Westfield State University in 2016. He later earned his MBA with a Management track from Fitchburg State University.
