Ms. Ford joined Hudson Housing Capital in April, 2026 and works to support Hudson Housing Capital's team of in-house counsel on execution of projects, fund level closings, drafting and reviewing relevant documentation for various low-income properties to be syndicated to investors.

Before joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Ford worked in New York as a Paralegal at a global energy and commodities trading company. She previously served as a Paralegal in the New York office of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), a global aviation leasing company.

Prior to relocating to the United States, Ms. Ford built her legal foundation in Ireland. She worked as a Paralegal in the construction practice of a mid size commercial law firm and later served as a Legal Administrator/PA to the Head of Treasury Legal Services at Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c.

Ms. Ford received her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Ireland Maynooth, County Kildare, Ireland in 2016 and moved from Ireland to New York City in 2022.
