Ms. Estrella joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2011. She is responsible for updating financial models and forecasting tax benefits reporting to investors based on new and revised regulations. Previously, she was responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions for LIHTC funds, including financial statements and tax credit reporting to investors.

Prior to Hudson, Ms. Estrella served as senior associate at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she focused on governmental and non-public clients. Subsequent to Deloitte & Touche LLP, she served as a senior accountant at Centerline Capital Group, where she was responsible for general fund accounting and monitoring the financial performance of 200 properties.

Ms. Estrella holds a BS in Accounting from Montclair State University, New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
