Mr. Davis joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2000. He is primarily responsible for acquisitions across the Midwest and Northern California.

Prior to Hudson, Mr. Davis worked with the tax credit group at Key Housing Capital. He was responsible for acquiring and syndicating historic rehabilitation and LIHTC properties. Previously, Mr. Davis served as Tax Credit Investment Manager at Edison Capital where he opened an office in Fairfax, Virginia. Prior to entering the tax credit business, Mr. Davis was responsible for the financing and development of real estate for the Irvine Company in Newport Beach, California, a developer of master planned communities.

Mr. Davis holds a BA in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
