Colin Croghan joined Hudson Housing Capital in June 2025 as an Asset Management Analyst. Mr. Croghan’s primary responsibilities include the on-going tracking and maintenance of information related to investor requests, capital contributions, loan maturities, and post-closing fees across the Hudson portfolio. He is also responsible for compiling guarantor financial information for reporting purposes and providing general support to Asset Managers as needed.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Croghan worked as a real estate paralegal at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, assisting in loan closings for large real estate transactions. Subsequently, he worked as an Environmental Planner at STV Incorporated, primarily working on environmental impact statements for NYC’s Department of City Planning and School Construction Authority.

Mr. Croghan received his BA in Political Science and Urban Studies from Vassar College in 2021 and his MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in 2025.
