Mr. Clauer joined Hudson in 2009 and is responsible for oversight and supervision of Hudson’s asset management group.

Prior to Hudson, Mr. Clauer was employed by The Richman Group Capital Corporation, where he oversaw multi-family affordable real estate portfolio operations and compliance, and supervised asset management operations for Richman’s property portfolio. Mr. Clauer also provided services to Centerline Capital Group, assisting the company with troubled portfolio management transitions.

Mr. Clauer holds a BS in Business Management from Lynn University, compliance accreditation through The Spectrum Companies and is a CPM Candidate at the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM).
