As of January 1, 2026, Mr. Castano is no longer with Hudson Housing Capital but will always be part of the Hudson family.

Mr. Castano joined Hudson Housing Capital in September 2001 and served as General Counsel until January of 2025. During this time, he worked with Hudson’s internal attorneys and outside counsel to provide legal services and advice to the company at the asset management, corporate, and project levels.

During his time with us, he was integral in developing the work ethic and culture that has led to Hudson raising over $2 billion in equity in 2025.
