Ms. Adan joined Hudson Housing Capital in September 2026 and supports the Acquisitions team with the financial analysis and underwriting of LIHTC transactions.

Prior to joining Hudson, Ms. Adan served as an Underwriter and Assistant Project Manager at WNC, where she was responsible for project coordination, underwriting, and the closing of LIHTC transactions.

Ms. Adan holds a BA from California State University, Fullerton in Public Administration and Criminal Justice.
