Carl DeFaria

Asset Manager, Asset Management

Mr. DeFaria joined Hudson Housing Capital in July 2024 and is responsible for portfolio management.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. DeFaria worked as an asset manager for four years within the market rate multifamily sector. As an asset manager at West End Capital Group, Mr. DeFaria oversaw fourteen properties representing $550m in value. With an emphasis on operations, his responsibilities included: execution of value-add strategies, guiding recovery post-pandemic, evaluation of existing / potential partnerships, and more.

Mr. DeFaria received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2019 and his MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in 2024.
