Nate Keuter

Associate, Acquisitions

Mr. Keuter joined Hudson Housing Capital in April 2024 as an Associate in the Acquisitions Group. He is responsible for supporting financial analysis and underwriting of potential low-income housing tax credit projects nationwide.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Keuter was a Project Manager at RiseBoro Community Partnership, a non-profit affordable housing developer based in Brooklyn, NY. At RiseBoro, Mr. Keuter managed the development of multiple multifamily affordable and supportive housing projects, all in different phases of development.

Mr. Keuter received a BA in Economics and a BA in Psychology from Clark University. He also received an MBA from Clark University.
