Fabian Ramirez

Senior Vice President, Acquisitions

Mr. Ramirez joined Hudson Housing Capital in March of 2024. Mr. Ramirez is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with the low-income housing tax credit investor community.   

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Ramirez was a Senior Director at Capital One Community Finance where he was responsible for co-leading a team originating high impact debt and low-income housing tax credit investments in priority CRA markets. Prior to his time at Capital One, Mr. Ramirez originated acquisition, construction and permanent loans at Citi Community Capital for low and middle-income housing developments. Mr. Ramirez also worked at the New York City Housing Development Corporation with a variety of stakeholders in the affordable housing industry.

Mr. Ramirez graduated from Syracuse University where he received a B.A. in Public Policy in 1997 and a M.P.A. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs in 2001.
