Titus Garrett

Project Manager, Engineering

Mr. Garrett joined Hudson Housing Capital in December of 2023. He is responsible for assessing and managing development risk, both in the acquisition and construction phases.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Garrett worked with Webcor and Kokolakis Contracting, where he facilitated the construction of commercial and residential projects throughout California and New York.

Mr. Garrett holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
