Ms. Patel joined Hudson Housing Capital in January of 2024. Ms. Patel is responsible for the day-to-day accounting function of the low-income housing tax credit funds which includes financial statements and tax credit reporting to investors. 

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Patel was a senior associate at KPMG LLP in the real estate tax practice. At KPMG LLP, she provided tax compliance and advisory services to real estate businesses operating as REITs, partnerships, and corporations, by utilizing various tax compliance software.

Ms. Patel graduated from Drexel University where she studied Accounting and Business Analytics and received a B.S. in Business Administration.
