Spencer Thornley

Vice President, Acquisitions

Mr. Thornley joined Hudson Housing Capital in June 2023 as a Vice President in the Acquisitions Group.

He is responsible for financial analysis and underwriting of potential low-income housing tax credit projects nationwide.

Prior to Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Thornley worked at Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation for 14 years, most recently as a Senior Investment Officer. At MHIC, a Massachusetts based tax credit syndicator and CDFI lending institution, he originated, underwrote, and closed construction and permanent financing products for both multifamily affordable housing and community development projects.

Mr. Thornley received a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
