Nadia Bruener

Chief Underwriter, Aquisitions/Underwriting

Ms. Bruener joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2010.  She is responsible for financial analysis and underwriting. 

Prior to Hudson, Ms. Bruener worked as a senior analyst in the New York City offices of Novogradac & Company LLP, in the government consulting and valuation advisory services group. At Novogradac, Ms. Bruener specialized in the feasibility and valuation of Section 42 LIHTC developments. She has more than six years of professional experience in the affordable housing industry. 

Ms. Bruener holds a BS in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Richmond.
