Calvin Luk

Portfolio Accountant, Accounting

Mr. Luk joined Hudson Housing Capital in September of 2022. Mr. Luk is responsible for the day to day accounting function of a portfolio of funds for low income housing tax credits which includes reconciling bank and financial statements that is reported to our investors.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Luk took on the role as financial planner for the buying teams at Lord and Taylor.  Where he analyzed past season trends to create a planned budget that the buying team used to efficiently allocate their funds.  Prior to his time at Lord and Taylor, Mr. Luk spent time as a title agent at Pinnacle Land Services.

Mr. Luk graduated as a student-athlete from Queens College where he received a B.A. in Accounting in 2017 while also playing on the baseball team during his time in school.
