Ms. Jennett joined Hudson Housing Capital in May 2022 and assists with legal work associated with the acquisition of low-income properties to be syndicated to investors.  She assists with drafting and review of partnership and operating agreements, loan documentation, legal opinions, title and survey matters and diligence review.  Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Jennett served as a partner at Lathrop GPM LLP in St. Louis, where she was a member of the Real Estate and Tax Credit Finance group.  Prior to earning partnership at Lathrop, she served as an associate at Lathrop, also within the Real Estate and Tax Credit Finance group, and started her career as an associate at Polsinelli PC, as a member of the Tax Credit Finance group.  Ms. Jennett has specialized experience closing transactions within the real estate and tax credit legal industry, representing large institutional investors, lenders and developers participating in new markets, historic (rehabilitation) and low-income housing tax credit transactions across the country.

Ms. Jennett earned a Taxation LLM from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, as valedictorian of her program.  Ms. Jennett also holds a JD from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she participated in the taxation concentration program, as well as a BA from Saint Louis University.  She is admitted as a member of the bar of the State of Missouri and the State of Illinois.
