Sean DeLisle

Asset Manager, Asset Management

Mr. DeLisle joined Hudson Housing Capital in March 2022. He is primarily responsible for portfolio management, including monitoring partnerships from inception through disposition and ensuring continuing program compliance.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. DeLisle held various roles with Boston Capital’s fund accounting and asset management departments beginning 2015. Mr. DeLisle was responsible for the asset management of nearly 60 properties through all aspects of the investment cycle. Additionally, during his time with partnership accounting group, Mr. DeLisle was responsible for the preparation of quarterly financial statements and annual budgets for over 30 investment partnerships.

Mr. DeLisle received his BS in Finance from Bentley University in 2015.
