William Callihan

Vice President, Acquisitions

Mr. Callihan joined Hudson Housing Capital in January 2022 and is Vice President of Acquisitions; his primary responsibility is the Southeast and Mountain West region. 

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Callihan was a V.P. for Volunteers of America-RNDC, a leading nonprofit developer of affordable housing in Louisiana.  Previously, Mr. Callihan was a commercial real estate banker with JPMorgan Chase and Capital One.  In his role as an originator, Mr. Callihan provided capital through both debt and equity financing for numerous residential and commercial properties. 

Mr. Callihan received a B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans
