Marie Estrella

Senior Manager, Accounting

Ms. Estrella joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2011. As a Senior Manager she is responsible for updating financial models and forecasting tax benefits reporting to investors based on new and revised regulations. Previously, she was responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions for LIHTC funds, including financial statements and tax credit reporting to investors.

Prior to Hudson, Ms. Estrella served as senior associate at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she focused on governmental and non-public clients. Subsequent to Deloitte & Touche LLP, she served as a senior accountant at Centerline Capital Group, where she was responsible for general fund accounting and monitoring the financial performance of 200 properties.

Ms. Estrella holds a BS in Accounting from Montclair State University, New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
