Ms. Pereira joined Hudson Housing Capital in December 2021 and is involved in the day to day accounting function of the low income housing tax credit funds, which includes financial statement and tax credit reporting to investors.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Pereira was a Senior at CohnReznick LLP, where she provided taxation services for developers and syndicators invested in the Affordable Housing industry.

Ms. Pereira received a B.S. in Accounting from Baruch College in 2016.
