Roxanne Nicolas

Vice President, Acquisitions

Ms. Nicolas joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2021. As a Vice President in the Acquisitions Group, she supports the underwriting and analysis of properties and works alongside developers on new construction and rehabilitation projects.

Ms. Nicolas has over 18 years of professional experience in the LIHTC industry, with over a decade of experience in tax credit underwriting and has worked for an array of investors and syndicators that include JPMorgan, National Equity Fund, SunTrust Community Capital and Regions Affordable Housing.

Ms. Nicolas holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
