Jaymes Kardish

Senior Manager, Accounting

Mr. Kardish joined Hudson Housing Capital in November of 2019. Mr. Kardish is involved in the day to day accounting function of the low income housing tax credit funds which includes financial statements and tax credit reporting to investors.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Kardish worked on the technical accounting team at WeWork where he was responsible for assessing the accounting impact of significant and

non routine transactions. Prior to his time at WeWork, Mr. Kardish was an external auditor for four years at RSM US LLP in their New York City office. Mr. Kardish worked with clients in a variety of commercial industries.

Mr. Kardish graduated from the University of Delaware where he received a B.S. in Accounting in 2013 and a M.S. in Accounting in 2014. Mr. Kardish is currently licensed in the State of New York as a Certified Public Accountant.
