Brian Bassano

Mr. Bassano joined Hudson Housing Capital in August of 2019. Mr. Bassano is responsible for financial modeling and tax benefit reporting to investors.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Bassano was a Financial Analyst at WinnCompanies in their New York City office. At WinnCompanies, Mr. Bassano focused on asset management and investor reporting for their low income housing tax credit portfolio. Prior to WinnCompanies, Mr. Bassano was a Financial Systems Analyst for L+M Development Partners in their New York City office.

Mr. Bassano holds a B.S. in Business Management from Manhattanville College and an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University.

He is Tax Credit Compliance Certified through Quadel’s certification program.
